Curriculum Sale Registration form for Sellers

This form is to be Completed by any Sellers that are NOT BEECH Members that would like to sell their Homeschool Curriculum at our curriculum sale.  The Sale will take place on June 20th, 21st and 22nd.   The cost of registration for each seller is $10.  Please complete this form and make payment via PayPal to [email protected].  Please make sure you see the Curriculum Sale information page to get all the pertinent details regarding selling and labeling your Curriculum.

We'd like to know what kind of curriculum you have to sell in order to prepare for the sale.  Please check any curriculum category of items that you have to sell.  You may choose more than one category.  Please note that we are limiting the amount of educational games to 25 per seller.

In order to better prepare the sale space it helps us to know approximately how many items will you be selling at the Curriculum Sale.

Tons - over 100 items A Large Amount - about 75-100 items
Plenty - about 50-75 items A Good Bit - about 25-50 items
Just a little - about 10-25 items Not much - less than 10 items.

I understand that I am selling at my own risk.  BEECH will make every effort to keep my items safe, but I will NOT hold BEECH liable should any items get lost or stolen.

I understand that BEECH reserves the right to exclude or limit any materials from the sale that do not align with their standards or cannot be accommodated due to space limitations.  Educational games are limited to 25 per person.

I understand that I have to pay a $10 registration fee via PayPal to [email protected] in order to register to sell at the Curriculum Sale.

I understand and agree that I must pick up my unsold items on time on June 23rd between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. - any items not picked up by 6:45 p.m. on June 23rd will be donated.

I will highlight my envelopes according to the color associated with my pick-up time window.  My preferred pick-up time on Saturday, June 22nd is

Do you have a table that you can bring to the sale and let us use/borrow for the sale  If so, please make sure you write your name on the table's underside and please highlight it with your pickup color.  If you are bringing a table please sign up for a Wednesday night, or early Thursday drop off time.  We will return the table at pick-up on Saturday.  Thank you.

If you are able to bring a table, please provide a short description of the table you are able to bring.  Example:  6 foot rectangle, 3 foot square card table, etc.  Rectangular and Square tables are preferred, but we will use rounds if necessary and able to fit in the space.  Thank you for your assistance.  (If you do not have a table to loan just put NA)
